As a residential property manager of fifteen years, many Homeowner Associations have depended on me to provide them with the highest level of service available, all while operating within the parameters of their budget. With that having been said, one of the biggest expenses a Homeowner Association has is their Property and Liability Insurance; and as many Property Managers are aware, our being able to help an association not exceed their budget by maintaining their insurance premiums, is not always an easy task.
